Are We Not Generous?

OK, fine, Twins- you can have this home plate on which to score. Just this once. But only because we’ve already sewn everything up. Otherwise, we totally own this- and all your base are belong to us. Oh, and Dougie Fresh has a gift for you as well- he doesn’t use it much anyway.
When Dougie lost his bat, I started shrieking with laughter. I wasn’t even sure why I was laughing that hard but it struck me as terribly funny.
And I find it funny that the single game where it means absolutely nothing if we lose or if we win, we lose.
I am sure the umpire was asking him why he didn’t wear batting gloves or thanking him for not hitting him with the bat.
