Worst. Ballpark. Experience. Ever.

For a small taste of the “atmosphere” at the Jake last night, go see what one of my fellow Ladies… wrote (credit to TSW for the picture, too). We’ll write up more later about what happened, if we make it out of this city alive.
Cleveland fans: making Yankee fans look classy and rational.
UPDATE: Here’s the full report on Game Three. Thank god Game Four was better.

Whenever I’m feeling depressed I am wasting my best years in the boons of southwestern Ohio I just tell myself “Hey, you could be in Cleveland” and I hurt a little less.
Can’t wait for the full report, I never tire of hearing how much this state blows.
Man, I’ve long irrationally hated the Indians (they’re my least favorite MLB team, and, yes, I do mean that I like them less than the Yankees), and that certainly doesn’t make me feel at all inclined to change my mind on the matter.
Now if only the Sox could figure out how to a) score runs, b) keep the Indians from scoring more than them, and c) successfully implement said plan for three straight games, that’d be awesome.
Wow – that’s terrible. I’m glad you rightly tried to defend yourselves. That city is a pit.
somehow i knew someone was going to say that…don’t worry my dreams have been telling me if cleveland wins i hate to say it, think of the rockies as last years st. louis..nuff said there’s capt. kickass tonight we just need one win to get back to fenway lets hope it happens…its a bad day when a redsox fans has to say yankee fans are classy
since i live in the state w/ the largest native american population….a good thing to know is they don’t wear cleveland indian jerseys…that should tell everyone something…they wear braves jerseys…lol
Steagles- I used to the say the same thing growing up in the boonies outside Houston, “Hey, it could be worse- I could be in the boonies outside Dallas.”
For the record, the fans INSIDE the stadium were better on Tuesday night. There were no projectiles hurled at us, no personal insults, and I had a cute couple of parents sitting next to me who were absolute dolls. OUTSIDE the stadium (before and after the game) was a different story. You’d think being up 3-1 would make people joyous and genial… you would be wrong.
