I love this picture of Mikey at the Sports Writers Dinner *I think that’s what it was* So dreamy!

Love this one of Manuel, such a workhorse!

This one is so funny, from Shonda’s 40th.

Is that “DO IT…” one Lester’s wearing the same one Dice-K had on before game 3 of the WS (the back says “FOR THE GUY NEXT TO YOU”)?

A cap from a video I took at the Rookie Development Program signing–Clay looked right at me! Eeek! /fangirl

Another Rookie Signing vidcap. Justin Masterson being silly, as always!

    It’s finally over.

I think Manny has more hair than I do.

I remember that party photo- still so many unanswered questions. Why is Mike almost doing the splits? Is Dougie Fresh a Cowboys fan? Why does Papelbon have all that hair on his crotch?

My favorite things…getting tickets to THREE Sox games. Especially the Yankees/Sox game in July. Can’t wait!

Ah, yes, Kim – a sporran. But what is 80’s about a sporran? (then again, what is 80’s about a wig on your crotch)

jules – hooray! I still have yet to get any tickets for this season. No luck in either day of the VWR, and didn’t get chosen from the lottery either. How was the VWR for you getting the Yanks tix? I heard it was almost as bad as in December and January.

Hey, TG, I’ve tried to post a comment–with pictures–twice, and it hasn’t worked. It says it’s awaiting moderation?

And I found out the triple-a Yankees are visiting Pawtucket the week before my birthday, including an afternoon game on Memorial Day that I’m probably going to go to! :D I’m hoping it works out that Justin Masterson is in triple-a, as I’m totally pumped to see him pitch, and that sounds like the most logical scenario. That was pretty awesome! It’s gonna be like a Yankees game… but mini. And less expensive. And without having to be within 10 miles of Alex Rodriguez.

Thanks for posting that, Liza – if there are were more than 3 links/pictures posted in one comment, it gets marked as “spam”. I changed the setting so it’s 5+ – but that’s an excellent point:

Everyone try and keep pictures/links to 5 or less in each of your comments.

It was our first experience with the VWR–wow, what a pita. We were pretty fortunate, tho, in that we got tickets in less than two hours. We’re in the third row of the grandstands near third base. Perfect for heckling A-Rod ;-).

My husband won the lottery, so he stayed home to babysit the VWR. I was at Lowes when he called with the good news. I must’ve looked like a freak with my obvious joy. heehee

    Time to plan our vacation!
