  8. 2008 May 7 at 7:03 pm

Good. :D I’m excited to see Clayboy pitching again.

Also, Steph–are we liveblogging the PawSox game?

  9. 2008 May 7 at 7:04 pm

I just realized that 3 guys playing for the Sox tonight were in the 2005 draft.

  13. 2008 May 7 at 7:07 pm

  29. 2008 May 7 at 7:10 pm

lol yes he did. It was cute

  30. 2008 May 7 at 7:11 pm

…awwww, is it wrong that I’m laughing? In a very affectionate way, of course.

This footage needs to be spread around as much as possible.

18, he sure did, I’m sure there will be a vid clip out there somewhere.

  35. 2008 May 7 at 7:12 pm

It was cute, and he was grinning about it after, of course.

  36. 2008 May 7 at 7:13 pm

    (melts at the mental image)

  37. 2008 May 7 at 7:13 pm

we need that video- I missed it! :(

  40. 2008 May 7 at 7:15 pm

He didn’t run it out to first, he just sort of jogged, presumably because he was giggling so hard…

    Okay, Clay. Pitch beautifully.

  41. 2008 May 7 at 7:15 pm

Jed’s so genuine. And easily amused. And it’s just great.

OK, I have a question that’s been bugging me.

When NESN shows the lineup, there are two names in a goldish color. Does anyone know why? It’s driving me nuts.

  43. 2008 May 7 at 7:15 pm

Has anyone ever noticed that Clay’s legs take up about 65% of his height?

    :)

  44. 2008 May 7 at 7:15 pm

If only he knew what a silly internet following he has…

    Three-pitch BuKolz!

  45. 2008 May 7 at 7:15 pm

very true. I like the fact that he wears my fave #

SWEET!! Just 3 pitches! Nice BucK.

  47. 2008 May 7 at 7:16 pm

    Yay, Mihashi with a strikeout!

  48. 2008 May 7 at 7:16 pm

Jules, the gold color simply means those are the players who’ll have highlights shown in the video box thing next to the lineups.

I wish I was there. Wow.

  49. 2008 May 7 at 7:17 pm

And it would only follow that a really nerdy baseball player would have a huge internet following. They’re his people!

  50. 2008 May 7 at 7:17 pm

I can’t believe how empty the park is…
Then again, I think I’m just used to the constantly packed Fenway.
