And on that note…I’m gonna do something that I haven’t done since the winter holidays. Someone gave me a bottle of beer today at work. She was cleaning out the office fridge…we have beach volleyball parties every Wednesday in back of the office and it was a leftover. It’s hot in here, fc is on the floor, and I’m gonna open that beer! :-D
Ok so i think i need to get rid of Oki from my fantasy team now.
heh erin i dropped him about 3 weeks ago myself after that 3-4 run .1 inning disaster. then again dice K’s 63 ERA last week didnt help matters and i still have him but thats another story.
…and Pap is pitching. Now we got us a party!

I’ve been giving him so many chances even after that bad outing. But yeah I think I have to make a trade with some one in my league.
I have no interest in the fantasy sports thing. I’d have no heart to trade away one of our own.
i kept Oki wayyyyyy longer then i should have and drafted alot of red sox higher then they usually go. there was another sox fan in my league too so that made it harder too since he was shooting for alot of them as well. working out OK though i’m in 2nd for now.
A 3-run game, and empty seats behind home.
I’m in 6th place over all. I really need to trade for some power hitters cause my team is pretty bad in that area.
How anyone can leave a game before it’s over (aside from one that runs late on a weeknight, or extenuating personal circumstances) is beyond me.
It’s a fallacy that it doesn’t happen at all at Fenway – but then a little game of leapfrog ensues, as we all keep moving down for free seat upgrades. It’s like the food chain.

It tastes great…and I can tell that I’m very out of drinking shape. I can feel it after just 1/2 the beer. May have to go buy some and get back in shape (in moderation, of course).
