I got linked to this site from a non-baseball-fan friend who wanted me to look at the your header and see if I could do a similar thing for her website–I still don’t know how to do it, but the site has been awesome! To be quite honest, your faithful posting through the offseason kept me (mostly) sane through the cold months without baseball. Watching baseball has become even more enjoyable thanks to all the people I’ve met through the gameday threads, too.

Basically, this site has been as consistently funny and informative as Dusty Baker has been sucky. So thank you, happy birthday CF, and keep it up!

I don’t remember how I found your blog, but it’s excellent. Your writing is always a pleasure to read and the design is very well done.

Stating the obvious truth about Dusty Baker’s amazing ability to suck. See, things haven’t really changed that much after all. Mostly because Dusty Baker will always suck – it’s a constant.

Glad I wasn’t drinking when I read that–would’ve cost me a keyboard and monitor. Classic.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I don ‘t need to check any other news sources or blogs, because sooner or later (usually sooner), everything Sox that I care about shows up here. I also appreciate that while there’s hard-core sports knowledge here, I’m not made to feel like an idot – unless, you know, I act like an idiot. Which I hope is at least entertaining.
