I have McAfee and use AdAware and SpyBot all the time. In fact we do at work – and I run Support, so there.

Yeah this game is depressing, more fun watching the tropical storm damage. Amazed at how much damage and it wasn’t even a hurricane. There were 3 tornadoes within 5mi of me, and major damage in melbourne, where they have over 500 national guard troops headed, that’s about 20mi away.
Please please please pull ahead Angels.

fc, I had AdAware and Spybot on the temporary freebie someone gave me a couple of years ago. I *think* they worked fine. Unfortunately, the organization that gave me the computer loaded obsolete software (Windows 98…in 2006!) onto it, and it appeared to not play well with the modern world. That’s why I finally bit the bullet and saved the money to buy myself a current computer. But since you trust the freebie programs, maybe I’ll get them rolling again, just in case there’s something malicious responsible for some of my occasional glitches…
