Ugh. I have the ChiSox announcers.
Here;s hoping for a good outing from Clay.
Cathy: At least some people have the option of getting decent announcers. Me, being about two hours outside of the Middle of Nowhere, have to take whatever crap MLB.tv chooses to dish out.
I have MLB.tv, too, but the Sox game was on TV yesterday, and it was NESN.

The game’s on TBS today as well – so there’s a choice between NESN, Comcast Chicago, and TBS. Too bad we can’t all get all 3 feeds.

TBS announcers are infinitely better than either ESPN or FOX. I love when they do the ALDS games. Supposedly, Harold Reynolds and Eck are going to join their team this fall. WOO!

I’m liking my current audio/video arrangement much better. At least TBS is listenable.

And on a random note, Quentin is a dead ringer for a guy I used to work with. I noticed that Friday night but didn’t get around to mentioning it. Eerie.
Given how great he’s been… I’d be surprised if they bring Masterson out of the bullpen.
They’d have to send him down to get stretched out too, which can take some time.
I think they want to keep Masterson in the pen. Too bad Bartolo’s not quite ready.
Maybe David Pauley gets another shot? He done good in Futures yesterday.
lone1c–they will probably leave Masterson in the bullpen, and just bring up whoever is supposed to start Tuesday in Pawtucket.
This business with Wake explains why he was pulled early from the game the other day – as we were wondering about here.
Pauley just pitched yesterday so he wouldn’t be pitching on Tuesday, anyway.
So, can we figure out the difference between Texy and TexasGal? Is it a Jekyll and Hyde situation? Or does alcohol have a transformative effect?
