I think it’s a good move. Ellsbury has struggled–not even on base in this series. Papi needs to start hitting, HRs would be nice, but at this point, just *hits* would be helpful.

Thoughts and prayers for Mike Lowell who is having surgery on Monday. He’s played through incredible pain and has given so much for the team.

Sonnanstine has been brutal against the Sox in his last two starts: not one earned run and 12Ks. I hope we get to him early and reverse that trend.
