I was at the Celtics game last night. And he definitley got a well-deserved long standing ovation. It was a great Celtics game too!!

I’m really going to pull for the Oakland A’s this year so they Sox can play (and then beat) them in the post-season. That way I might be lucky enough to see Smoltz pitch.

He was an “A” first, now a “B” – next he moves on to the “C” of the Cubs and then the “D” of the Tigers? There’s no “E” – so I guess he’ll have to skip to the “F” of the Marlins.

This is the “Say Hello To…” I was waiting for!
Smoltz as a Sox! damn! That’s just wild. I’m very excited to see him pitch. I just wish I could see him in person (whoever set up the Sox schedule really screwed us Northern CA fans).
I can understand how the Braves fans feel–I felt the same way when Joe Montana went to KC. just wrong. BUT, I’m so glad we got him.
It’s going to be a great year!
