@fc: I’m going to drink copious amounts of alcohol tonight. It’s gonna be awesome.

All the things that might make me worry about our dear ol’ Red Sox…not gonna worry about them right now. Instead, I am just gonna sit down and enjoy all that is Joshua Patrick Beckett and his awesomeness.

I love my kidlet…but her idea of fun for Mom tonight is to drive her across town during Friday rush hour traffic to the mall at 4, pick her up at 7 (and cook dinner in between), drive to a friend’s house to pick up said friend, then drive them to the movies, then pick them up. Soooooo not happening after this insane week.
@fc: Mikey’s hip worries me the most. Ells will be fine (but you never like to hear “elbow”).
@jules: I’m not actually worried about Jacoby. I just wanted an ecuse to say “Ells’ elbow.” Ditto “Tek’s neck” – which could be the name of my second band after Jon’s Left Ear” breaks up, Behind-the-Music style. Skol!
@jules: I’m not worried about Lowell’s hip until after he gets the injection and see how he does. They did say his tightness would be normal….so, if that is the case….and the doctors aren’t saying he has reinjured it, then I am willing to go along that ride.
91 degrees at 7:30? Nasty.
Jair Jurrjens sounds like a Star Wars character.

How annoyed am I that the reason I can no longer watch baseball at work is because of the $&#@U$(#UIO# Geico commercial. Why am I paying $90/season to watch commercials anyway?
