@kimd: You're welcome! The other one I use is AIGA. You have to be a member to view the full listings (which costs megabucks as a non-student) but I usually look at who's posting and then go to the employer's website because they'll usually post open positions on the home site as well. @shelley1005 @Jennie @fc: Ugh, I just want to hug him. It's interesting that Josh Beckett was scratched from Monday's line-up because of back spasms (that, apparently, sound like they've been present & contributing to a couple of his ill starts) but Wake's been on the mound three times in conspicuously bad shape. I understand the likelihood of playing Wake in the postseason is nil & that we want to preserve our (mostly) healthy starters but I'm hoping it won't contribute to any long-term damage he could potentially incur in the long run.

How’d Wake look tonite, by the way? I know he gave up five runs in the few innings he pitched but did he look pained at all?

@shelley1005: Tell that to the Blue Jays announcers. I was just listening on my way home from work and they were non-stop about how ferocious and fearsome the Blue Jays are right now. I wanted to call in and ask them if they realize this is the JV team.

@kimd: Try applying for contracting companies. You normally don't get benefits or vacation but it is a good way to get your foot into a company. That is how I got into my company and I know many others who have gotten in that way also.

@shelley1005: Can't help but feel bad for tonite's ticket holders; granted seasoned pros have a hard time hitting against Halladay but it's like the Red Sox checked out for the night in the wake of clinching the Wild Card. I know Teets & Co. are likely giving the starters well-deserved rest but I'm hoping for a good season ending against the Indians this weekend; let's go out on strong, high note.
