I'm here in Boston and headed over to Fenway for Game 1 (where there were most assuredly NOT be any stupid white towels) - and so it's unlikely there will be any more updates this evening. So get your best gameface on... and let's beat the hell outta the Rockies!

I honestly can't wait two more hours. This is torture. These 8:35 start times are gonna kill me. My internal Sox-clock tells me that it's time to get my butt over to a TV within the next half hour.

This was one of those nine beer games...but only too make it better not to ease the pain haha! I almost wish they hadn't started Beckett tonight cause the offense was one FIRE but hopefully they do just as well tomorrow and Schill comes through. I really want them to win it at Fenway, but if they get it in 4 or 5 I certainly won't complain!

Unbelievably on fire, mouse. I mean, did anyone - ANYONE- expect to see the Rockies so thoroughly drilled like they were tonight? If I didn't hate them for destroying the Phillies and failing to properly touch home plate, I might have felt sorry for them.
