In Tek We Trust

Nike knows a good thing when they see it -- and, obviously, that good thing is Jason Varitek.

In the latest MLB.com shop catalog, Nike has a full page ad featuring Captain America himself. The ad is also slated to pop up in various magazines in the future as well. You can click on the smaller sized photo above to see a larger-sized version of the ad.

(To explain, she had a coworker who saw it on her wall and assumed it was Youk. I suspect her underlings in the office have learned always to assume it is Youk because if it is and they think it isn't, they're put on Game Day Staff Meeting time-keeper duty. Our girl loves her Youk.)
