had to turn off the radio in receiving with the score 9-8 sox; gotta say i was surprised when i turned on the radio in my car not all that much later to hear us down 11-10. i was like, am i listening to the same game ... ?

I was at this game. I was down here for business and turns out the Sox were in town! It always amazes me when I got to other ballparks and the fans have to be told when to make noise. Red Sox Nation was well represented. Painful to be there for the loss, but it was still a lot of fun until walking out at the end when I got into a verbal sparring match with some Astros fans who were being pure buttholes. Wish I could see Beckett pitch today, but not possible so i'll have to catch my tivo when i get back home.

Gotta check in to represent whenever Youk turns up here. And I'm wearing that same expression after today's game. ::sigh::
