One of the strangest things about competitive sport, especially at the amateur, is a wide range of rules that govern when and at what age should a player in certain leagues. Special importance to fans Ontario Hockey players alike is the eligibility of players ‘high school’ hockey leagues, or alternatively intermediate leagues. Of course, Junior League, the question when it comes to hockey in Ontario Hockey League (OHL).

Last changes has been implanted in Ontario, that player can not play in the “high” if he got on the team, or Team Canada. It was natural means that the player was selected to go to Canada in World Junior Hockey Championship, one of the leading sports amateur competitions in Canada. In this paper we state the reasons for the decision and the objections against it.
